As a former off-road motorcycle enthusiast and barefoot water skier I was no stranger to the bumps and bruises that came along with my favorite pastimes. Although I thought I had developed a fairly high threshold of pain, I had no match for a blinding wave of back pain that literally dropped me to my knees for the first time in my life!

After several days of increasing back discomfort, I reached for a faucet in my office’s restroom and was so overwhelmed with shooting pain I actually fell to my knees while grabbing the edge of the sink fearing I may black-out on the floor! Although I has utilized various chiropractors off an on for over 30 years, I was simply amazed at how quickly Dr. Mary Grace Pennella was able to give me relief from pain that I believed may be permanent. Within a few visits her updated techniques had me wondering how obsolete my former chiropractors methods had become. Dr. Pennella used none of the old head-snapping, spine-slamming, bone jerks I had become familiar with over the years. Her adjustments were so gentle at first I wondered if they could be effective? Boy, was I pleasantly surprised!

With a reasonable schedule of maintenance visits, my spinal structure feels more healthy and durable than I’ve felt in 20 some years!

I highly recommend Dr. Pennella’s services and consultation no matter if youre a first time patient or if you’ve tried other chiropractors but had limited success. Dr. Pennella delivers quickly and will make you a believer if you give her a chance!
