Over 18 months ago, I was diagnosed with degenerated discs, spinal stenosis, and a herniated disc.  When I first came to see Dr. Pennella, I was not able to walk unless I was slightly bent over because it was too painful to walk normally.

Although my progress was a little slower than I hoped for, I did improve steadily.  Presently, I walk with no problems, and on most days I walk on the treadmill.  Although my physician gave me heavy duty painkillers to deal with the pain, he has been able to greatly reduce the dosage due to my improved status.  During this time, Dr. Pennella also has successfully worked on my wrists and fingers to alleviate the stiffness and pain due to arthritis.

In addition to her obvious chiropractic skills, Dr. P genuinely cares about her patients.  I now consider her a friend as well as an excellent practitioner.  She has a delightful sense of humor and an uplifting presence.  I most definitely would recommend her to anyone in need of competent care.
