I came to see Dr. Mary Grace Pennella in early May for relief care after experiencing considerable back pain which, I believe, resulted from excessive lifting of some heavy objects.
During my first visit, Dr. Pennella examined my external profile, took some x-rays, and performed a surface scan of nerves and muscles via portbale subluxation machine. Initially, I visited the office for spinal adjustments three times per week and it was reduced to once per week in June. By July, I began to really feel more comfortable and my back pain has faded. And now, some five months later, my visits to the chiropractor are intervals of three weeks. Dr. Pennella also recommended that I purchase a special sleeping pillow and that I acquire a balance ball for specific back exercises. Both of these products were obtained and I use both in my daily living routine.
Probably the most astonishing fact about the spinal adjustments is that I no longer need to get up in the middle of the night to urinate (symptomatic of an enlarged prostate gland) since July and secondly, the minor arthritic tendency in my right hand has completely disappeared since regular spinal adjustments.

Miracle? I don't know. But what I do know is that I no longer have to get up in the middle of the night and that I have no arthritic hand to contend with each morning due to improved biomechanics and spinal function stabilization. In conclusion, I can draw a direct positive correlation of cure for correction of these two physical ailments due to spinal/central nervous system adjustments. I plan to continue to follow the advice and counsel of her chiropractic training and health care.
